Seminar “Music and Taxation: The State of Art”
On 24 July 2015 a free seminar will take place in Verbier (Switzerland) with the title: “Music and Taxation: The State of Art”.
The seminar is organised by the Catholic University of Sacro Cuore (Piacenza) and the University of Lausanne. During the 22nd anniversary of the Verbier Festival an international group of renowned experts in the field of the Taxation of Artists and Sportspersons will meet to discuss current important tax issues. These include the reporting and withholding requirements imposed on withholding agents, and updates of domestic, international and European developments regarding the taxation of entertainers and sportspersons.
The meetings will be chaired by Prof. Robert Danon and Prof. Guglielmo Maisto. Speakers include: Christophe Moreau, Karolina Tetlak, Rijkele Betten, Harald Grams, Francisco Cabral Matsos, Kevin Offer, Luis Dura and Eric Longley
