New Publication: ‘Contractual Stability and Termination in Football - Legal and Economic Implications across Key Jurisdictions’

This new Publication, just issued by the Sports Law and Policy Centre, of Salerno, in Italy, comprises expert analysis of player contracts and their termination under the laws in more than twenty countries.
The Publication is edited by Prof Dr Michele Colucci, who is the Co-Founder and Honorary President of the Italian Association of Sports Lawyers.
The Publication is available in two versions: a Paper Book version and an E-Book version.
Amongst the contributors, particular mention may be made of Frans de Weger, President of the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber, and Lucien Valloni, the Managing Partner of Valloni Attorneys at Law, Zurich, Switzerland, both of whom are well known to readers of the SLT Journal and website.
The Publication will be seen, by many international sports lawyers, as a welcome addition to the literature on this increasingly important subject.
