International Encyclopaedia of Laws: Swiss Sports Law

The International Encyclopaedia of Laws (IELs) are peer-reviewed monographs, which are published online by Kluwer Law International and provide practical information and valuable insights into both national and international legal frameworks in 25 practice areas.

They are written by over 1,200 leading experts from all over the world. 

One such practice area is Sports Law and the contribution on Switzerland has just been released.

It has been co-written by Dr Lucien Valloni and Dr Thilo Pachmann, who are Attorneys at Law in Zurich, Switzerland.

The work provides a comprehensive analysis of how sports are regulated in Switzerland as of March 2026.

The International Encyclopaedia of Laws on Sports Law is edited by Prof Michele Colucci.
