Findlay   Although necessarily selective, this Book provides a representative collection of cases, including landmark CAS and EU cases, which have contributed and continue to do so to an emerging and ever expanding ‘Lex Sportiva’. The Book is the brainchild of and is edited by Prof Jack Anderson of Queens University, Belfast, Northern Ireland, who provides the introductory remarks and also a historical contribution. As regards the selection of cases that are included in the Book, Anderson writes: “I wanted them to be included because I think they best portray the domestic, regional, inter and supra-national dimensions to sports law.” And how right he is in this summation. Leaving aside, as one of the contributors myself, all of whom are leading academics and experienced practitioners, any question of being biased, this is a very useful and informative Book and well worth the price of €137.14. As such, it is one that should certainly be on the shelves of any self-respecting Sports Lawyer!
